What We Update The current July 2008 Update (41 pages) made fantastic improvements and additions, including a brand new 11-page section on expert witness exchanges with three new text forms. The January 2008 Update (42 pages) covered new rules re fax service, new rules re telephonic appearances, new format for separate statements for motions for summary judgment and summary adjudication, and more.  The January 2007 Update (which revised one-half of the book!) was required because the California Rules of Court were completely reorganized, 22 Judicial Council forms were revised, and changes were made to the procedure for objecting to evidence in motions for summary judgment.
