OUR BOOKS:  We are currently selling PDF versions of: (1) Litigation By The Numbers® (“LBTN”) revised July 2024, and (2) California Civil Litigation and Discovery  (“CCLD”) 12th Edition, January 2024. Most instructors require both books. If you need both, choose the first option (Companion Pak) so you can buy them in a single transaction.

• We offer books in PDF format only. They are not refundable once downloaded (see below).
• The prices shown are the student discount prices; there is no coupon code to enter.
• You can search, highlight, and add sticky notes. You can save them to all of your personal devices. You may print one copy for your personal use.

• BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT, PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
• Your downloads will remain on the server for 30 days. If you are unable to download them by then, let us know.
• If you know you are staying in the class, please download and save your books immediately upon purchase from the confirmation page. If you download from the purchase confirmation page, you will already be logged in. If you download via the links in the confirmation email, you will need to enter username and password. Use the “forgot password” link if you do not remember your password.

Note: Purchases of PDFs are not refundable once they are downloaded, so if there is any chance you’ll drop your class, do not download the books. There are no exceptions to this policy!!

BACK UPDATES: Back Updates are only available if you are missing no more than two Updates. Use our Contact Us form to request Back Updates. Include your name, the revision date of your book, and the email address you used to make your purchase so we can tell you your options.
