OUR PRODUCTS

OUR BOOKS:  The current versions of our textbooks are: (1) Litigation By The Numbers® (“LBTN”) revised January 2025, and (2) California Civil Litigation and Discovery  (“CCLD”) 13th Edition, January 2025. If you need both books, for ease of ordering, choose the Companion Pak, which includes both books at once. 

• We offer books in PDF format only. They are not refundable once downloaded (see below). 
• You can search, highlight, and add sticky notes. You may save a copy to each of your personal devices. You may print one copy for your personal use. For more information on PDFs, please be sure to check our FAQs page.
• Once you download to all devices, there is no reason to log back into our site to access them. You may download your books from the purchase confirmation page or from the confirmation email. If you  download via the links in the confirmation email, you will need to enter username and password. Your username is your email address. Use the “forgot password” link to set your password.

Note: Purchases of PDFs are not refundable once they are downloaded, so if there is any chance you’ll drop your class, do not download the books. There are no exceptions to this policy!!

LBTN UPDATE SERVICE (future updates): When you purchase LBTN, you will be prompted to subscribe to the e-Updates Subscription at checkout. Regularly $99/year, it’s only $45/year for students. (The student discount will no longer be valid if the subscription is placed on hold for nonpayment.) For more information about the Update Service, click here.

BACK UPDATES: Back Updates are only available if you are missing no more than two Updates. Use our Contact Us form to request Back Updates. Include your name, the revision date of your book, and the email address you used to make your purchase so we can tell you your options.
